inspires me ? |
| I
feel the urge to nurture a hidden talent of mine,
so I'm trying to develop my skills as a writer.
I feel good about my writing and try to improve
and enhance my skills by learning new perspectives. |
Children
cry out for their mothers
No one to give a tender touch
Or to give the kiss of life
Shame on us humans
|
The
world has broken into tiny pieces
The heat is rising every second
Water, food, medicine
All out of reach, out of hand
|
Dreams
turn to ashes
Wishes all unfulfilled
At every step you move
Death embraces with its long arms
|
Walls
broken, gates crushed
The hearts of folk all bleeding
The palaces and marble halls
All blistering in the desert heat
|
Let's
give peace a chance
Beneath the armour and helmet
We are all humans
Loving, just helpless friends
|
The
desert in all its fury
Shows a hot and reddened face
Every grain of sand is hotter than ever before
The sun shines bright, spreading its heat
everywhere
|
Where
are the hanging gardens of Babylon
Where are the rivers of eternal life
Let life take ebb and flow
Let's not just put them under our feet
|
