The
Indian is another in the series of
innovative firsts for the School - one more means
of realising its Vision of creating global citizens.
This 'electronic interface' via the world wide
web give my children the opportunity to add an
international dimension to their experience which,
I'm sure, will enrich their lives in more ways
than they can realise.
|
| The
tremendous creativity of these children has been
beyond my expectation and I feel proud of the diverse
expression of their imagination. Even more heartening
is the fact that it is entirely their original work
and all efforts have been made to ensure that the
work of these 'authors' is presented in all its
pristine glory. |
| I
am also amazed at the level of maturity reflected
in the active reponse to the components that make
up their experience - Point and Counterpoint is
a powerful critique of what is a major attraction
for most Indian children - the Hindi film. Well
done children, I appreciate your realism and analytical
perception. |
| Congratulations
to all my budding artists on this first issue and
I wish this e-mag all the best. |

Indian looks forward to the comments
