up REGISTRATION FORM does not guarantee admission,

Any
attempt to fill more than one form for one
child will result in his / her disqualification
for admission.

Entries
with regard to the Name, Date and Place of
Birth should be in conformity with the passport.

Final
selection to Grade KG 1 will depend on the
child's performance at an assessment session
to ascertain him / her ability in Independence,
Speech and Physical developments to attend
a pre-school.

All admission to Grade KG 2 to Grade 9 are
granted strictly based on the performance
at The ELIGIBILITY TEST. Interview with Principal,
availability of seats and submission of his
/ her ORIGINAL Transfer Certificate OR School
Leaving Certificate from the last school attended
by him / her, showing his / her Annual Examination
results and promotion to higher class. No
preference is given to the pupils, whose brothers
/ sisters are studying in this school.

Rank
order merit list of the successful candidates
will be prepared and displayed on the notice
board. Parents will be informed as and when
VACANCIES arise.

Management reserves The right to reject any
admission without assigning any reason.

All
admissions are subject to MINISTRY'S APPROVAL.
- No
provisional admission will be granted.
- Children
on VISIT VISA are not eligible for admission.
- Children
coming from SHARJAH or AJMAN will not be granted
admission, due to heavy pressure on school transport.
- No
admission will be granted to the pupils coming
from UNRECOGNISED SCHOOLS.
- Children
seeking admission to KG 1 Class must have to
complete 03 (Three) years of age as on 15th
April of the current year. Underage children
will not be admitted as per the instructions
from the Ministry of Education. However, considering
the special circumstances, the age limit for
the pupils seeking admission to Grade 02 to
Grade 09 and coming from recognised schools,
can be waived to some extent, by the Principal.
- No
pupil will be permitted to attend the school
till his / her Health Card (Valid) photocopy
and Vaccination Card (Original) is submitted
to school's Medical Center by his / her Parents
or Guardians.
- Incomplete
Admission Forms or Admission Forms not accompanied
by proper documents will not be accepted.

(Two) photocopies of the Birth Certificate
are required (Birth Certificate should be
in English)

the child is born in India or any country
outside UAE. The birth certificate is to
be attested by the Consulate General of
India. Dubai.

If
the child is born in India or any other
country outside UAE and is not having the
birth certificate in English then the Birth
Certificate is to be obtained from the Consulate
General of India, Dubai, on their letter-head
stating that the child's date of birth is
correct as per his / her passport. Sworn-in-Affidavit
issued by the Consulate General of India
is not accepted.

If
the child is born in UAE or any other AGCC
country then the Birth Certificate issued
in Arabic or English by the Government Department
of that country is valid and the birth certificate
need not be attested by the Consulate General
of India, Dubai.

If
the child is studying in a local school
of Dubai. Then Transfer Certificate or School
Leaving Certificate in Arabic (03 copies)
is to be submitted.

the child is studying in any local school
of Dubai, then 02 (Two) mark sheet photocopies
of the Annual Examination should be submitted.
No attestation is required on the mark sheet.

WITHDRAWALS
|
-
Application
for withdrawal should be made on the prescribed
form submitted to the Registrar at least before
the 24th of the month, preceding the month
from which the student's name is to be discontinued.
Failure to do so entails liability for payment
of the following month's fees.

The
Transfer Certificate (Leaving Certificate),
without which a student cannot join any other
school, is issued only if all school dues
are paid and school property taken on loan,
if any, returned. A duplicate Transfer Certificate
is issued only when supported by a sworn affidavit.
