Steps for Faculty

Log
on to http://www.indianhighschooldubai.org
|

1.
Fill your User Name : Given to you ( Log in ID)
|
|
2.
Fill your Temporary Password Given to you
|
|
3.
Click : LOGIN
|
|
4.
This will direct you to Faculty Registration Page
|
|
5.
You Will Find your ID No & Name
|
|
6.
Please update the Following Fields
|
|
7.
School : (Select : Senior / Junior)
|
|
8.
Date of Birth : (As per passport)
|
|
9.
Nationality : (Select from pull down menu)
|
|
10.
Sex : (Select - Male or Female)
|
|
11.
Blood Group : (Type your Blood group)
|
|
12.
Phone Res : Example : 041234567
(Prefix Area Code: eg: 04 or 06 followed by Your Number)
|
|
13.
Mobile :0501234567 :
(Prefix Area Code: eg: 050 or 055 followed by Your Number)
- This will be useful for the school for sending any
SMS
|
|
14.
Educational Qualification : Qualifications Obtained
:
Add each qualifications obtained.
|
|
15.
Similarly You can remove also.
|
|
16.
Email : Example :Yourname@youremail.com
|
|
17.
Confirm Email : Yourname@youremail.com (Please repeat
your own emails). As all your passwords will be sent
on this
|
|
18.
Put Your Password : Example : 12345678 (minimum 8 characters)
|
|
19.
Conform your password : Example :12345678 (Repeat the
Password)
|
|
20.
The New Password will be sent to your email
|
|
21.
Faculties now log on to : http://www.indianhighschooldubai.org
with
your : User name & Password Created by you.
|
|
22.You
can View your Profile - if needed
|
|
23.
Edit Your profile if Needed
|
|
24.
Choose Role - Please select if you are a Supervisor,
Class Faculty or a Subject Faculty and add new under
you and subjects taught
|
| 25.
Create your own Exams |
|
26.
Upload Your marks for the exam conducted (This will
be seen by Parent)
|
|
27.
You can view your progress Report of your class
|
|
28.
You can Upload any assignments for your class
|
|
29.
Create your own Assignments and upload (This will
be used by Students & parents)
|
|
30.
Compose Emails to one and all (very soon You
will be provided with IHS emails)
|
|
31.
You can change your Password if Required.
|
How
to upload marks : 
|
|
Role
of Class Faculty :
|
|
1.
Login to www. indianhighschooldubai.org with your Username
& Password
|
|
2.
Go to the Link : Exam
(on the Left side)
|
|
3.
Click the link : New Exam
(on the right side which will direct to you a new page
- Exam Creation)
|
|
4.
In page Exam Creation - You will see Exam name : For
Example : (ANNUAL EXAMINATION)
|
| 5.
You can select the Exam Name
according to your class |
|
6.
next line you will see :: Method :
Class Wise
|
|
7.
In the class box you will see X
against Your Class and Grade
|
|
8.
Click on to Your class and on the Right you will see
the subjects with a check box listed below.
|
7.
Select
for all subjects listed (Then only the subject faculty
will be able to load their marks)
|
8.
Ensure that you have selected for
all the subjects listed by scrolling using the side scroll. |

9.
Then click the
button
|

of Class & Subject Faculty : |

1.
Click the link : Upload Mark (on
the Left side)
|
|
2.
You will see : Upload Marks and in the box below - the
links created by Class Faculty
|
|
3.
Click on each link.
|
| 4.
This will direct you to Upload Marks page |
|
5.
Fill the Max. Mark and the Min. Mark for the subject
you are going to enter
|
|
6.
Enter the marks against each student
|
|
7.
Remarks column have to be filled only for those students
whose marks are below average
|
| 8.
This has to be filled in consulation with your supervisor |
| 9.
These Remarks will be seen
by the parent / student |
| 10.
After entering marks of all the students Click on
|
| 11.
If you click save, the entries will be saved and you can
proceed to fill the next subect |
| 12.
Once you have finished entering the marks of all the subjects
click on

your Service:
